Description
The preferred and most beautiful pour over (filter) brewing vessel is the chemex, from a design and flavor point of view. We have been using the chemex at our roastery and cafe since our start, as we believe the consistency and clarity of the coffee brewed is second to none. The design of this vessel being the dripper and server is one piece made of glass (which never retains aroma and flavor from other coffees like other materials) makes it a much more neater piece to own at home.
