Where do we deliver to ?
We currently deliver to all areas in Kuwait. We plan to expand on the countries to deliver to in the future and will announce it on our social media platforms when we launch it.
How to cancel a subscription ?
By going to your profile, checking your subscription plan and clicking cancel.
How do subscriptions work ?
Regarding the payment: your credit card will be deducted the subscription amount on the 27th of each month and the quantity will be scheduled in the first Sunday of each month to be roasted and delivered the next Monday or Tuesday.
What are the approved payment methods ?
For the shop section: the approved payment methods are either credit (Visa or mastercard) or debit cards (K-Net). For the subscriptions: credit card (visa or master card) is required for the recurring payments every month.
How do orders work ?
Once an order is placed, it gets scheduled for the next planned roasting day, after the coffee is roasted, we go through a quality control check the next day, then once it passes the check, it gets sent out for delivery. Our roasting days are either Sundays or Mondays. So the orders will be sent out either Mondays or Tuesdays.
