Description

A world class Gesha from Colombia roasted for filter. This coffee is processed in an innovative way, where its anaerobically fermented with specific enzymes, then washed in ice cold water (thermal shock) to preserve the fruity flavors in the coffee beans. The coffee is grown at altitudes of 1960m and has notes of Peach, and Milky Oolong tea.
