We bought this whole micro lot from brazil to be exclusively for us to be used in our Cafe, we loved it that much !

Processed as a natural, it has lovely notes of chocolate mixed with stone fruits in such a harmonic way that makes this coffee stand out.

The coffee is grown at altitudes of 1100-1150m above sea level and is of the red catuai variety.

we recommend extracting this coffee between 40-45 seconds with a ratio of 2:1.
